Business operations
Brings messages, tasks and follow-ups into one place, highlights what needs attention, and prepares drafts for the owner to review.
Raybird AI
JARVIS brings a business owner’s conversations, documents, connected accounts and day-to-day work into one private assistant. It researches, plans, prepares and reports, and it asks before it acts.
Private use. JARVIS runs on its owner’s own computer and is used by its owner. It is not a public service, and there is no public sign-up.
What JARVIS does
JARVIS works across the accounts and documents its owner chooses to connect. Every capability below exists in the current application. Anything that changes something outside JARVIS waits for the owner’s explicit approval.
Brings messages, tasks and follow-ups into one place, highlights what needs attention, and prepares drafts for the owner to review.
Reads reporting from accounts the owner has connected, such as advertising and store data, and explains what changed with the figures and their sources.
Reviews public websites and other public information, compares competitors, and turns findings into evidence-labelled recommendations and plans.
Organizes work into projects, departments and recurring reports, keeps a record of decisions, and notifies the owner when something important needs a look.
Connects only to services the owner authorizes, using the narrowest access practical, with read-only access wherever possible. Connections can be removed at any time.
Answers questions in conversation or by voice, works with the owner’s files, and remembers the context the owner chooses to keep. Voice is transcribed on the owner’s computer.
Helps prepare financial summaries and reconciliations from the owner’s records, calculating figures with code and labelling what is verified and what still needs confirmation.
Assistance only. JARVIS is not an accountant and does not give financial, tax or legal advice.Plans projects, writes specifications with acceptance tests, and checks the quality of the work. Any AI coding work is confined to an isolated project folder and needs the owner’s approval.
Principles
JARVIS and its records live on the owner’s own computer. It is reached only from the owner’s paired devices over a private connection, not from the public internet.
Sending a message, changing a store, publishing or spending money requires the owner’s explicit approval. JARVIS prepares; the owner decides.
Figures come from connected sources or the owner’s records and are labelled with where they came from. When something is unknown, JARVIS says so.
JARVIS uses third-party AI models to understand requests and write responses. What is shared with them, and when, is described in the privacy policy.
Google user data
When its owner connects a Google account, JARVIS uses Google APIs only to provide features the owner uses inside JARVIS:
Some of this data is sent to an AI provider when needed to answer the owner’s requests, as the privacy policy explains. Raybird AI does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Raybird AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
